Ingredients:

  • 500 gr Chicken/Turkey Liver
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 1 Chili Pepper, thinly sliced
  • 4 Tbls Date Honey
  • 4 Tbls Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 Tbls Oil
  • Salt and Black Pepper
  • In a clean skillet heat oil and fry onion, ginger and chili pepper until golden.
  • Add date honey and sweet chili sauce and bring to the boil stirring.
  • Add Liver and stir fry for another minute to allow the taste to settle in.
