• 2 Tbls olive oil

• Fine black pepper
• Salt

Add potatoes and 2 Tbls olive oil and mix gently.

Arrange one layer of potatoes in a baking tin with chicken thighs and drumsticks on top.

Put baking tin in a preheated oven to 180c and roast for at least 45 minutes.
